DESCRIPTION OF PIECE

​Believing he is an expert on women, Bobby McMan teaches men to treat women with respect, but he always misses the mark. His confidence and cluelessness define him, and yet, so does his earnestness. He uses women from the audience to do his tutorials and he shares his "devotional music for women." The show is comedic, a social commentary, and a cathartic experience by naming what women tend to deal with. Come and learn from Bobby at this solo show!

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Becca Stabile is a Brooklyn based writer, actor, clown, musician, and theater teacher from RI. She studied at Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre. She has collaborated in devising new theater and film pieces in NYC as well as small communities, and has guided both adults and children to create their own shows. Additionally, Becca has facilitated social justice related shows for Theatre of the Oppressed NYC. She has also worked as a clown in hospitals. Becca has done solo acts in variety shows, but this is her first full length solo show.
