ABOUT THE ARTIST The Blue Cow Group is a Providence-based playwriting group of members Elaine Brousseau, Kay Bullard, Susan Buttrick, Judith Clinton, Susan Cat Collyer, Martha Douglas-Osmundson, Jayne Hannah, and Judith Strang-Waldau.
